Why Join Us?

For several reasons.

  • To sustain the forests and cultural sites of northern Arizona by supporting the Forest Service with your volunteer work in the field.
  • To be on the email list for upcoming volunteer events.
  • To share the satisfaction of doing what needs to be done and to enjoy the camaraderie of working with others who have similar interests.
  • And, if you can afford it, to contribute beyond the basic membership contribution and thereby supplement what we can accomplish with volunteer time alone.

But I already belong to a trails group or an environmental group or ....

We are glad that you do. One of our goals is to bring together members of diverse groups—both in the field and on the board of directors—so that they will come to understand and trust one another. So please join us—the membership contribution is modest—and bring the experience and enthusiasm of your other organizations into our mix of goals and projects.
