Instructions and options for sending your donation are provided on our donation form.

Please click on this link Donation form.pdf to pull up the form, print it and complete the requested information as to fund choice if you are sending a personal check to us.  Instructions for the PayPal option are on the form.

The IRS has certified us as a charitable organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations qualify as tax-deductible.
